Nitriding screw uses 38CrMoALA material, processing temperature is below 350 degrees, nitriding overall hardness is HRC50°-53°, nitriding surface depth is 0.5-0.8mm, and finish is Ra0.4um. It is suitable for common materials ABS, PP, PS, PE, PA , HIPS, TPR, EVA, PPS, TPU, PPO, soft PVC, etc. (no fiber).

Advantages of common nitriding screw and dual alloy screw: Ordinary nitriding screw is economical, but it should not be used in the case of adding fiber material, while the double alloy screw is expensive, but its life is longer than that of general nitriding screw, and the product stability rate is high, and Wear and corrosion resistant.
