(2) Heat resistant ABS
The modification method of copolymerization reaction of ABS and N-phenylmaleimide (N-PM1) improves the thermal decomposition temperature, glass transition temperature, and chemical resistance when M! which improves the heat resistance of ABS Performance, UV resistance and processability. Under the premise of not reducing the performance of ABS, when N-PMI is added with 5%-10%, the heat distortion temperature is 125-130 ° C, and even 150 ° C, which becomes super heat-resistant ABS.
(3) Transparent ABS
ABS is an opaque resin. Its opacity is due to the difference in refractive index between the rubber component and the tree component of the resin. Photorefraction and light scattering occur at the interface. In order to make the product transparent, it is necessary to make The refractive index is similar to that of the resin component and the resin component, and introduction of methyl methacrylate (MMA) can lower the refractive index of the resin phase, thereby achieving the above object. ABS and MMA copolymerization modification method can also be used to prepare ABS transparent resin, which has comprehensive properties of strength, toughness, transparency and processability, and is an economic substitute for polycarbonate (PC) with transparency of 88%.
